Sunday Group is a private investment firm specializing in the leveraged acquisition and recapitalization of companies with cash flows between $5 and $15 million.
We are particularly interested in companies in challenging or underperforming situations where there is a need for a moderate degree of restructuring, investment or strategic redirection. We also have experience and interest in structuring other types of investments.
Founded in 2004 by Robert S. Azeke, Sunday Group has significant transaction experience and expertise across a broad range of industries.
With our many stakeholders in the investment process, starting from intermediaries and inclusive of management, selling shareholders and employees, we are always guided by the Sunday Code of Ethics .
